Under the Results subheading "FTIR" the sentence reading "A map of the absorbance of the carboxylic acid C=O symmetric stretch at 1622 cm-1 in MGSF317 (Fig. 4) shows good correlation of infra-red absorbance with visually dark areas of the feather" should read: "A map of the absorbance of the carboxylic acid C=O symmetric stretch at 1415 cm-1 in MGSF317 (Fig. 4) shows good correlation of infra-red absorbance with visually dark areas of the feather."
