or had left out authors who should have been included (ghost authors)

Also of note is that that study concluded that ghostwriting is less common that it ought to be. BTW, I'm not sure why you reference a newspaper article? The study itself may not yet have been published in full, but the abstract is available at http://bit.ly/c8YTD9
